| Went up to the old 2 story house today. Found an old lock, silver plated toy star buckle, a bent lilver plated buckle, an old shotgun shell cap, and a 1955 d wheatie. I cannot belive their is not any silver coins to be found! If their is any, I cannot find them! | |

| The place might be "cherry picked", but I am finding quite a bit of silver from a "cherry picked" site. No place is ever hunted out!!! You just have to go slower and try lookin in places that people would stay away from, i.e. thorn bushes or swampy areas. You would be supprised at the stuff you find in these places. Just because its over grown now, doesn't mean it was 20, 30, 50, or 100 years ago.
I am having awesome luck in a briar patch by my house, I just wear a long sleeve sweater and jeans with leather gloves and I'm fine. | |
