| I went back to the old lot tonight and this time I struck silver! I dug a 1937 Merc, 1909 Wheatie( No mint mark or VDB :-( ), 5 other wheaties(40's/50's- not pictured), and a pocket knife. I could not believe how easy it was to clean the 1909 wheatie or how clean I got it! Here are the pictures! Enjoy!!! Happy Huntin'! -Jake | |
