From the land of the Bluenose......I should have known from the onset that today was going to be that type of day. My witch doctor poked, stroked and asked if I needed any more of his concoctions. Not a good sign...no not at all.

It was a dark and dank sky that fore told of something sinister. Something foreboding. Skulduggery was in the mist that drifted from the windless sky and ducky dew reeking it's foul odor.

The lone loon cried it haunting song. My Garrett responded with a loud crisp bell tone that just didn't sit right with this pagan. Unearthing the target I was aghast, horrified at the heinous item.

While I was still on knee I quickly chanted three "Hail Marys" and departed this ungodly place. Quota was had but I was ready for more excavation works and departed for the Old Farm Rd in the Spryfield area.

Again the dark cloud of Hades followed and spun it's spell on me as I entered a clearing near an old foundation I was mortified for there was Fluffy laid out like a satanic sacrifice.................oh Gud! The hind quarter and butt was half eaten with it's entails stringing out behind it. The horror. The horror. That poor little black and white puss I'm sure had used up all it's nine lives. Didn't take a photo as it was too shocking!

Got to thinking after this that if it was coyotes I best get my butt out of the woods as my rump and thighs would have fostered at least ten generations of the vermin. Prime beef here. Earlier in the year a young lady in Cape Breton had been attacked by coyotes and succumbed to her injuries.

Take for the day was the satanic ring and 66 coins @ $4.31
