| I headed up to the old farm & house today. I tried a different setting on my detector and it worked well. But, I noticed several VDIs in the 40's and 50's and decided to dig em'. I am glad I did because they were mostly all wheaties! That was very unusual. Most of the time, they VDI in the 70's. If it wasn't for using the different setting, I would have not found them. I guess it goes to show you, different soils make coins VDI different. Also. attached is a picture or two some relic finds from the past two weekends. Thanks for looking and happy huntin'! -Jake | |
